Bread and the oven as an expression of our craft

Our story

It started, just as the name says, in a corner.

Close to fifteen years of the trade, learned beside the oven in bakeries in Villavicencio, in Colombia's Eastern Plains.

When this family decided to build something of their own in the United States, they chose what they knew how to do: a small space and the bread they missed.

Today we bake pan costeño, pan coco, buñuelos, pandebonos and traditional Colombian breads every day. For anyone searching for a taste of home, this is a corner of Colombia in San Jose.

Do you bake fresh bread every day?

Yes. We bake in the morning and replenish throughout the day. Selection depends on production and may be more limited later in the day.

Can I choose products for pickup?

Yes. Build your selection in this menu and send it on WhatsApp. It is confirmed only when the bakery replies with availability, final price and pickup time.

What do you recommend for a first visit?

Start with pan costeño or pan coco. If you prefer cheese, try a buñuelo, pandebono or pan de yuca.

Do you offer gluten-free products?

We do not offer certified gluten-free products. If you have a food allergy, ask before purchasing; we will share the information available, but cannot guarantee against cross-contact.

Do you deliver?

We do not offer our own delivery. You can eat in, take your order to go or coordinate pickup by WhatsApp or phone.

Is every product available all day?

Not always. We bake and replenish throughout the day, but every item is subject to availability.
